- In-service activities/presentations for faculty and staff during FYs 2005 and 2006 included presentations on the Americans with Disabilities Act and providing services for students with disabilities, the prevention of discrimination and discriminatory practices, cultural sensitivity, and workplace communication.
- The Multicultural Advisory Committee has formed a Student Retention and Cultural Sensitivity Subcommittee with the goal of assisting SLTATC faculty and staff to implement and expand practices that are sensitive to the needs of our diverse population. This process is ongoing.
