Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
Message for TATC Faculty and Staff
Student records at the Tooele Applied Technology College are governed by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and its implementing regulations.
All employees must demonstrate an understanding of FERPA regulations by reviewing the online FERPA Guide and completing the online FERPA Tutorial.
Once the tutorial has been completed, the FERPA Tutorial Completion form will appear showing your completion score. Complete the form, print it, sign it and then return it to the Human Resource Office.
