Course Description
The goal of this course is to provide the skills needed to install, configure, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Active Directory. In particular, topics covered include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Active Directory, DNS for Active Directory, change and configuration management, as well as managing, monitoring, and optimizing the components and security of Active Directory. Prepares students for exams included in the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification.
Certificate Completion of this course certifies proficient Windows Active Directory installation and managing skills based on a score of 80% or higher on competency exams. A Certificate of Technical Competency is available upon request.

Course Structure This is a competency-based course offered in open-entry/open-exit format.

Course Location and Schedule
Rose Park Campus: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday
